Chiaravalli Trasmissioni SpA, industry standard and completely interchangeable, worm gearboxes are compact and highly versatile. Completely CNC machined guaranteeing maximum precision and producing a product that will remain reliable over time. The CHB (Bonfiglioli® compatible) range has aluminium cases from sizes 03 to 06. All of the cases come with a RAL 9022 Aluminium finish to protect the parts from corrosion and to eliminate micro blowholes that may be present in the aluminium cases.
Connecting flanges allow two gearboxes to be combined together to obtain higher gear ratios.
Four sizes of CHTPC pre-stage gear reducers are available to pair with the standard CHB & CHM gearbox range.

All of the cases come with a RAL 9022 Aluminium finish to protect the parts from corrosion and to eliminate micro blowholes that may be present in the aluminium cases.

Compact "monobloc" die-cast lightweight aluminium alloy cases with GLEASON system spiral bevel gears ensuring a smooth, high load capability with low noise and long life. All moving parts are carried by generously sized, high quality, deep groove ball bearings of reputable make. Assembly options allow for either 3-hole (P4000) or 4-hole (P2000) through the body with 4-holes on widely spaced centres on the end flanges  - offering near universal and extremely rigid mounting options.
All units are supplied fully charged with oil. The P2000 & P4000 series are filled with synthetic oils for lifetime lubrication. No maintenance or replenishment is needed.
