Brecoflex belts are longitudinally extruded with a pair of continuous helical tension members in 'S+Z' twist to reduce belt run-off and heavy side loads on flanges. Available in pitch length multiples from a minimum length to any desired length up to 25 metres. There are NO mould charges for a new length of belt. Brecoflex belts are a combination of an abrasion resistant, high power PU body and teeth extruded around and locked to high tensile, corrosion resistant, steel tension members.
Brecoflex StandardPlus

The new Brecoflex StandardPlus versions combine a higher tooth-pitch accuracy with unique bifilar, S & Z wound, steel tensioning system which greatly reduces belt run-off. The net result is a competitively priced, endless timing belt system that can be applied to positioning applications previously thought to be the domain of standard grade rolled ball-screw technology.
In testing a positioning precision of +/- 0.03 to +/- 0.05 mm per metre of travel was achieved. When testing against existing "real life" applications an accuracy improvement of at least two and a half times better and as much as a seven fold improvement was attained.
